The space
You will have access to the entire upper home. So your space is for you and you only. Complete privacy.
This home does have a longterm tenant in the basement suite.
We want to ensure that they are respected, above all else while people are visiting. This is where they live and we believe the have a right to peaceful enjoyment.
House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated.
-Quiet hours hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
