My house is closed to the Main street in Vancouver. It is a 5-minute walk to the famous Queen Elizabeth Park, a 13-minute walk to the King Edward skytrain station, and a 5-minute walk to the Main Street, where there are various restaurants and shops.
It is a semi-underground unit newly built this year ; about 1100 ft. private space for your staying.
The Space:
There is a totally private entrance. Furnished three bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, suitable for 6 people to sleep; Bedrooms are bright with queen-size beds and windows; each bedroom has a TV set.
The kitchen space is fully equipped, with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, and a full set of kitchen equipment. There is a 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, Toaster, electric kettle, dishware and other cookware which you can ready fresh meals for your family. **Note, we don`t have a dishwasher here.
Also the unit includes: dinnerware, hair dryer, steam iron, in suite laundry + detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bed linen, towels, toilet papers and paper towels.
300M high-speed Wi-Fi and street parking for free.
Guest Access:
Guests can access all the private suite
The Neighborhood:
13 mins walk to the King Edward skytrain station
10 mins drive to Downtown Vancouver
15 mins drive to the YVR Airport
Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING !!! No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property. No SMOKING !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc., in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.
• *NO UNDECLARED GUESTS. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. **
• Pets are not allowed;
• Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
• Please pay attention to garbage recycling.
• If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
• Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 5 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
• There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property. The penalty for violation is CAD $500;
