Included: linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (located in covered garage), full kitchen, and AC (portable or central)
NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (2 rolls are complimentary upon arrival), and paper towels
