Cottage # 12 - is a large 2 bedroom cottage that will accommodate up to 6 people. It contains 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds; a 3 piece bath with a new shower, large kitchen and a beautiful sun room with a large deck where the sun is all day long!! There is a private hot tub that sits on the side deck of this cottage. This cottage is perfect for families or group of friends who like to bond together and enjoy their vacation to the fullest.
Located on the shores of Kennebec Lake, Springwood Cottages features 1,000 feet of shoreline, with a beautiful shallow sand beach, nestled within one of the many bays of the lake. Kennebec Lake is known to have very clean water, so when you and your children go swimming in Kennebec Lake, you can be comfortable knowing the waters provide a safe and refreshing experience.
One of the best features of the Springwood Cottage Resort beach, is the shallow waters. If you look in the picture below, you will see a rock island on the left side; at that point the water is less than 2 feet deep. Having the shallow water is great for monitoring children and keeping the beach, that much more safe. We placed a floating raft out in the deeper waters, for those individuals who enjoy jumping into the deeper areas.

Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
EXTRA PERSONS
For the comfort of our guests please limit your group to the number specified for each cottage. If you wish to bring an extra person, there will be an additional charge of: $65 per day or night, $200 per week for adults and children.
DAY VISITORS
To avoid overcrowding for our paying guests, all day visitors, relatives, friends and guests will be charged $50 per person per day or part day. Please register your guest at the store/office before their arrival to avoid the charges being applied to your account.
Day visitor check out time: 10:30 pm
CHECK-IN & OUT
Summer check-in between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm, check-out before 10:00 am (effective Victoria Day weekend until after Labour Day)
Weekends check-in between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm; check out before 12:00 pm (after Labour Day until Victoria Day weekend)
Spring & Fall check-in & out times are more flexible
DEPOSITS
$250 damage deposit is required on cottage rentals which are held as a pre-authorization on your credit card
