This private residence is the perfect hot spot for exploring Montreal. The owner, a travel photographer, has paid meticulous attention to strike a balance between modernism, minimalism and comfort. In this two king size bedrooms, each with an ensuite, you are guaranteed a soul and body recharge! The apartment is centrally located to amenities such as supermarkets, transportation, shopping, gyms, landmark attractions and most importantly, an endless option of excellent food and coffeeshops.
The condo is a modern and stylish two bedroom over a 1500 sq feet. It is a perfect place for 2 couples or a family!
The owner, an avid traveler, enjoys the luxurious amenities when has when staying in a hotel. While not traveling, this experience continues at home where you will enjoy such luxuries:
- Top of the line king size mattresses in both bedrooms
- Fine linens
- SPA towels
- High end soaps
- Large living space to entertain
Each bedroom features a luxurious memory foam king-sized bed, dry-cleaned white bedsheets and fresh white towels. They both offer an ensuite bathroom.
In the living room, you will find a large smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. You can beam your favourite shows and pictures from your device directly to the TV. Wireless high speed internet is available.
Open the patio door in the summer and enjoy the breeze coming in the space! There is a second balcony in the master bedroom
The owner takes great care to ensure that his guests do not have the sense of staying in someone else's apartment by removing all personal belongings. You will have access to everything you could possibly need for your stay, including a hair dryer, iron, full washer and dryer, etc.
There are no personal effects in the apartment as you tend to find in other places, allowing guests to relax in the beautifully designed space.
After every checkout, my indispensable cleaning assistant will be at the premises to clean the place thoroughly. The bed sheets are washed and pressed professionally at the Laundry. I personally inspect the condo before every check-in to ensure that it is up to the standard that I promise my guests.
A private parking spot is available for free in the garage parking of the building. The parking can be tight if you have a particularly big car (Xlarge SUV for exemple).
