Walking distance to outlet shopping malls, restos and all amenities. A 2-minute car drive and you can choose between 2 ski hills or the sliding mountain. A 5-7 minute drive and you have 6 ski hills to choose from. In the summer, the water park is within a 1-minute drive and the outlet malls, restaurants, and all amenities including a health care clinic are within walking distance. A 5-minute drive to the Petit train du nord bike trail and a golf course to pass a summer or fall afternoon. No matter the season, this condo and its location will not disappoint. It is within walking distance to all amenities such as liquor store (SAQ), grocery (Super C), pharmacy (Uniprix), and numerous restaurants (Pizza 900, Petinos, Sushi Shop, Tim Horton, St. Hubert, Souvlaki Bar, Mr. Puffs, etc, etc). The picturesque town of St. Sauveur is a leisurely walk where you will find countless shops & restaurants, outlet mall shopping, the ski museum, Forest skating (John Molson Park), and even a Christmas store. By car, it is a short drive to all the local attractions, water park, ski hills, tobogganing, alpine coaster (summer & winter), hiking, Polar Bear & Nordic spa, mountain bike, golf and more. Last but not least, it is close to the autoroute and you will be on your way in less than a minute.
Inside, the condo has two balconies overlooking the greenery and the mountains plus one private parking & outdoor common visitor parking spaces. In addition to bedrooms, there is a queen hide-a-bed in living room, a single fold out bed in office and a single trundle bed under the king. The bathroom has a four piece jacuzzi bath, and the kitchen, granite countertops, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, under counter lighting, small appliances, cutlery and plates, all you bring are your groceries! The master bedroom also has a sink, small fridge, microwave, balcony, full bath, gas fireplace, eating nook and granite countertop. Air conditioning in bedroom for the warm summer months and a heat pump in the main unit. For extra privacy, the master bedroom is separate yet attached to the main condo. There is a washer & dryer in the condo. For work or pleasure there is a small open office off the main dining unit where you will find a fold away desk, games, comfortable seating and a fold up bed chair. At Stella Polare (The North Star), everything you need for a leisurely escape is at your fingertips, all you have to do is follow the "North Star" to the Laurentians.
L'été ou l'hiver, combinez le télétravail en plein-air! Cette saison, partez en vacances dans les pittoresques Laurentides chez La Stella Polare (l'étoile polaire)! Récemment rénové, au 3ieme étage, cette unité est vraiment magnifique, décorée avec soin. Louer pour une période de 3 mois et plus. Le condo comprend : deux (2) chambres à coucher avec deux (2) lits king, un lit sofa (queen) en salon et deux (2) lits simples (salon & 2ieme chambre). Deux (2) salle de bain (avec 1 bain tourbillon + 2 douches) et deux (2) foyer au gaz + 3 télévisions! Une cuisine très bien équipée avec vaisselle et petit électro incluse et un évier, frigo et vaisselles au deuxième chambre. Les comptoirs en granite blanc/gris dans les deux unités! Une salle à manger, un salon avec divan-lit et télévision (lit queen) et petit coin tranquille bureau/lit (simple). Une laveuse et une sécheuse inclus dans la propriété. Thermopompe dans le condo principal et AC dans la chambre bachelor. Un espace de stationnement + stationnements visiteurs disponibles en tout temps. Les planchers sont en bois francs et céramiques. Le loyer comprend : Électricité, chauffage/AC, gaz, internet, câble (Cogeco), meubles, vaisselle, eau, literie inclus.
La ville de St-Sauveur est à une marche tranquille où vous trouverez d'innombrables boutiques et restaurants, des boutiques commerciaux, le musée du ski, le patinage en forêt (parc John Molson), et même un magasin de Noël. En voiture, c'est un court trajet vers toutes les attractions locales, le parc aquatique, 2 minutes des pentes de ski (Avila et St. Sauveur); 5 minutes (Mont Olympia/Mt Gabriel/Mt. Habitant), la luge, les randonnées, le Polar Bear et le spa nordique, randonnée, raquette, ski de fond, natation, théâtre d'été, le piste cyclable du Petit Train du Nord, le golf et plus encore (restos et services sont de 5 minutes à pieds (pharmacie, SAQ, Super C, St. Hubert, McDo, Tim Horton, Sushi Shop, Petinos, Pizza 900, Mr. Puffs, Dagwoods, Thai Express, gazoline, etc).
