Small building of 8 residential units immersed in the verdant of Bibione Pineda, this holiday facility, in the position in which it is located, is a real oasis of peace just 50 meters from one of the most evocative section of the Venetian beach. We are located near the Cocobongo beach kiosk and one hundred meters from the shopping area of the center of Bibione Pineda.
The apartments are all air-conditioned and in their simplicity they provide everything necessary for our guests to spend a holiday dedicated to comfort and relaxation.
Guests have access to unlimited internet and parking spaces, eventually also covered.
Large three-room apartment, part of a holiday building located in the green area of Pineda, just 50 meters from the sea. Inside, the layout is classic and comfortable with non-renovated furniture. The living room is spacious with a double sofa bed and overlooks the large terrace which gives natural light through a glass door. There follows a separate small kitchen with a window, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a window. Excellent is the south facing balcony of a really generous size offering another outdoor living area to enjoy the naturally relaxing surroundings. The apartment is air conditioned, has access to wifi and parking space within the building area.
