Amelia | Condo in Ocean Cay, Florida
HVAC Project – Beginning November 2nd, 2026
Starting November 2nd, the Oceans of Amelia Association will begin removing the rooftop HVAC units to install new support stands. The units will be reinstalled and reconnected the same day. Each unit is expected to be out of service for up to eight hours, for one day only.
The work will begin with the 115, 215, and 315 stacks, then proceed to the 114, 214, and 314 stacks, followed by the 112, 212, and 312 stacks, and continue in this sequence as the project progresses north.
Your upcoming reservation may not be affected by these projects. However, depending on the pace of the work and the schedule for your unit, there is a possibility of temporary disruption.
Roof Repairs – Mid-November to Mid-December, 2026
Roof repairs are anticipated to begin mid-November through mid-December. We do not yet have a confirmed start date, but we will share updates as more information becomes available.
We anticipate minimal disruption during these projects. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
ATTENTION: Only one vehicle per condo is allowed at this complex.

Please Note: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.
