Recently updated and furnished, the cottage offers serenity in the living room with its stylish, comfortable chairs and couch, Smart TV, local art, and heritage tables made of reclaimed wood. Twin beds in the guest room and a queen bed in the primary suite offer brand-new pillowtop comfort. Beautiful wood floors gleam throughout the home, and sunlight streams through three sides of historic windows in the living room. Vaulted ceilings help the 820-square-foot gem “live large.” A modern galley kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A front-loading washer and dryer are in the spacious dressing area between the primary bedroom and light-filled master bath. The hall bathroom lies across from the guest bedroom and features a pedestal sink and full bath/shower.

Heated Pool Access in season. Our guests have access to a beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
