This is a new, renovated, private apartment in a walk-up apartment complex. The apartment is on the ground floor. Vinyl floors throughout. Private open concept living and dining area with a full kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with queen bed. The living room has a pull-out couch - if the guest would like to use the couch as a second bed, we request a one-time fee of $80 which includes extra linens, pillows and duvet/cover.
Property is located just north of High Park, and a short walk to High Park zoo and dog park. Year-round gorgeous views and plenty of park space.
Great for singles and couples with pets. This is a private, quiet, 1 bedroom apartment with all basics provided for your stay.
The apartment comes complete with a TV (No cable but HDMI chord is provided), and high-speed wireless internet (300mb down). Cable is optional and costs $80 per stay of 28 days or less.The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, oven/stove, toaster, coffee machine, and is stocked with cooking essentials (dishes, cookware, coffee/tea, condiments, spices/sugar, etc).
Clean bed linens and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow-dryer, are provided for your stay. Ironing board and iron are in the cupboard.
We provide basic cleaning supplies including a Swiffer with electrostatic wipes, dust pan with a broom, cleaning solution, and rags. While we don't provide a vacuum cleaner, we are happy to provide a cleaning service during your stay. This optional cleaning service also provides you with fresh linens and towels. On-site coin operated laundry is available for your convenience.
Nearby street parking is available and a permit must be purchased online from the city of Toronto. We can also rent a parking space for an extra fee.
