Tennis courts nearby, Zoo, go Karts, seasonal skiing within 30 min drive. Close to Barrie, Midland and Wasaga Beach.

NOTE this is a family friendly area; & NOT a place for loud parties.
BOATERS: There are 2 boat launches in the area. A small one in Deanlea beach (just south of us) and a full size one at Jackson Beach Park (a short 10 min drive north). You can bring the boat and/or seadoo into Bluewater beach area for water anchor or beach parking. There is no dock at Bluewater Beach. Plenty of room in the driveway for trailers!
Don’t forget that the worlds longest fresh water beach is only a 15 min drive to main beach in Wasaga.
Linens: Linens, including pillows, sheets and comforters, are provided. If you want to bring your own linens these are the bed sizes: 3 queens, 1 double and 2 singles
*Towels: We will only provide Indoor (bath and hand) Towels IF you agree to launder them yourselves as there is not sufficient time for the cleaner to do the towels and all the linens in between guest stays.
***Guests must advise us AT BOOKING if they agree to launder the indoor towels or want to bring their own. *
*Beach towels are not provided* (You may want to bring 2 per person during the summer months for the beach)
If more than 8 people are staying overnight permission must be granted in advance and there will be a $100/person additional fee.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible with the exception of the garage, which will be locked off.
Other things to note
This is an ideal place for families and quiet relaxation in nature. No Smoking or drugs (including marijuana) permitted. No parties or loud music permitted. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise as this is a quiet peaceful retreat area. Kids playing is totally acceptable and encouraged!

Winter lovers: There are 3 Ski hills within a 30 min drive (Snow Valley, Mount St Louis and Horseshoe Valley). Blue Mountains are apprx 45 min away. Plenty of snow mobile trails, Cross country skiing and snow-shoeing tails nearby as well.
