Access to garage is granted to those renting the main house and can be gained through the inside of the home. If you are only renting the studio apartment, you will not have access to the garage, kayaks or back porch and grills.
Parking for up to 6 vehicles in gravel area. If you are only renting the studio apartment you do not have access to the park in the driveway, garage or street parking. ONLY in the gravel parking lot.
