Location:
Nestled at the bottom of the Gulf of Sagone, 30 minutes north of Ajaccio, Calcatoggio is an ideal base for exploring the west coast, the gulfs of Sagone and Porto and the Calanches of Piana while staying in contact with the Ajaccian hinterland , Corte (1h45), Propriano (1h45) and Bonifacio for the bravest (2h30).
The environment :
The house is located halfway between the village of Calcatoggio and the beach. Despite the immediate proximity to the sea, the house is located in the countryside. No other home will disturb your peace. You thus benefit from all the advantages of the coast (beaches, shops, activities, etc.) while regaining calm when you wish.
The land has an area of 3000 m², the house has this cottage and another rental (terraced). The owners live 3 km away, they want to be there to meet your expectations while remaining discreet.
