It's a walkout basement with access from fence door on the roadside of the house. You can park anywhere on the road side near fence door (please do not park within 5m from fire hydrant).
The basement has a spacious living space, dining area and kitchen area with 2 large windows. The 2 bedrooms are also spacious with closets & big windows. Laundry is located in a separate closet in one of the bedrooms. Queen beds are provided along with bedding.
The temperature controller is available in the basement for you to choose your desired temperatures.
Full bathroom will have toiletries & towels available.
Playground is diagonally across the road. Nice city view on the north side.
A code to open the door lock will be provided to the guests on check in date.
