This apartment is located on the main floor in a small rental building.
It's a cozy and fully equipped studio with its own kitchen and bathroom.
Kitchen with buffet-style dining and bedroom area with a desk.
King-size bed. The unit has a fridge, microwave, oven, and stove.
There is a shared free laundry ( entrance of the side of the building leading to the backyard).
In addition, there is a shared restroom with a TV for 6 units.

Located in one of the most beautiful and historic areas of Halifax. Only a five minute walk to the Halifax Farmer's Market and waterfront. Wonderful and unique selection of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Only a 5-8 minute walk to the grocery store, and NSLC. Darrel's makes a mean peanut butter burger and has a great patio. Lots of great shopping on Spring Garden and Barrington - both only a 10 minute walk away!
Getting Around:
Neighborhood is very walkable. There is a bus line only a few steps from the front door which is very convenient. Parking is limited in the area - there is free parking outside.
Other Things to Note:
There are no cable TV and AC .
Only one pet is allowed per stay.
The second pet is only upon request before a reservation.
Pet is limited up to 50 pounds.
Pet fee - $50 per stay/per pet.
