PLEASE NOTE:

1. While our property is secluded we still have neighbors. Please be courteous of them. We want to keep them happy. :) Our quiet hours are from 10 PM-7 AM.

2. Our property does NOT allow smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

3. There are 8 OUTSIDE cameras to protect our home when we aren't around and for the safety of our guests.

4. No hunting, shooting, ATVs, or Dirt Bikes on the property.

5. No fireworks

6. While our pool does have a door with a lock, there is a cover that can be used for safety of little ones. This is available upon request.

7. Our pool is a concrete/salt water pool and is more abrasive than a pool with a liner.

8. Keep in mind because our home is somewhat secluded and parts of the property are wooded you may see/hear LOTS of wildlife!

Summary: The property was immaculate! The master bedroom was fit for royalty. Kitchen provided all the necessities and more. My family enjoyed every moment especially the kids who enjoyed the playroom, pool and the theater room. The host was attentive and accomodating
