Our cottage is an open concept bungalow, making it perfect for multiple families and large groups, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths upstairs; and the lower level has 1 large bedroom, 1 full bath and a large common area with a bar, ping pong table, pool table, cards table and Smart TV for streaming. The backyard is HUGE and comes ready for entertaining. Includes a screened in gazebo to enjoy the weather rain or shine.

We are located in rural Picton on the main county road into Sandbanks provincial park. This is one of only two roads in and out of Sandbanks. Our neighbours are farmers where you can purchase roadside eggs and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Picton is a short 10 minute drive for all your other grocery needs.
We are close to all the action - wineries, breweries, golf course, The Drake, Bloomfield, Picton, Wellington, Sandbanks Provincial Park and more!.
