Can accomodate very large trucks for work crews. This has been completely renovated this summer so it's spotless with a new propane furnace. All of the appliances are new including Bosch dishwasher. The living room/dining room is a huge open space so great for kids to run around. Across the street from the Balmoral Hiking trail which will lead you all the way to either eagle Bay or white lake which is a renowned lake for trout fishing. Also 5 minutes away from Shuswap Lake so bring your boat, horses, atv or dirt bike. Work crews are welcome.
