Vacation and isolate at the same time on our Family-Only, 2 acre park-like setting on the Sauble River only 5 minutes (2.8km) from the 11km of sandy freshwater at Sauble Beach. Easily accommodates 2 family’s with room to spare. Only 2 cottages on site with separate private areas and parking. *** MORE 2023 RENO and FURNISHING PHOTOS COMING at end of June.
Our 2,700 sq ft property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, 1 with private bath and another with private balcony. Beds have top quality mattresses including 2 kings, 2 queens, and 1 daybed with 2nd twin pullout. The main floor 2nd primary bedroom has a fireplace, and work area.
Primary renter must be over 25

7 night minimum from the last week of June until Labour Day.
SATURDAY CHECKIN ONLY for full week rentals. Check-in: Saturday (for full week rentals) after 4:00pm. Check-out: before 11:00am.

The quiet park-like setting on 2 acres enclosed by 12 ft cedars. Only 2 cottages on site (owners currently use smaller cottage) separated by numerous outbuildings, trees & shrubs. New dock with kayak launch (2022) for fishing, kayaking and swimming. All this only 5 minutes (2.8km) from the 11km of sandy freshwater beach and the attractions of downtown Sauble and 10 minutes from Oliphant with public docks, swimming, kayaking, great fishing and more.
Pets welcome, but confirm in advance. Dogs must be leashed due to other animals and pets in vicinity. Pet fee is $50 per dog and $25 per cat per stay and must be paid before check-in.
Parking for up to 4 vehicles is included. Additional vehicles must be preapproved and are subject to additional fees.
