Positive: The administration side of the stay was totally excessive . I received 2 if not 3 emails with page after page - diwn to photos of the contents of kitchen cupboards so we were aware where to place things . A book onsite would have been more appropriate for all the instructions. I’ve used booking.com all over the world for a number of years and never had such a cumbersome experience before

Negative: Queen beds would be better for sharing than doubles
