This chalet is on a septic tank and does not have a washer, dryer or dishwasher. The laundry facilities are located at the Charrette Creek Commons and feature two coin-operated washers and dryers are open daily from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. on a first come, first serve basis. Available for use of property owners and registered guests. Detergent is also available for a fee.
Please note that we charge a one time property damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We do have early check-in options, but cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. In order to respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort's rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings at our chalets (typically 10-15 people).
