Charming terraced house on one level, inserted in a small and refined district a stone's throw from the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.
Suitable for 4-6 people, it is located just 400 meters from the wonderful beach of Porto Taverna, which can be reached with a short walk of a few minutes.
Pleasantly furnished, it offers very well distributed spaces.

Cozy living room with flat screen TV, WiFi, sleeper sofa with pull out bed.

Large comfortable and very well equipped kitchenette, practical and functional. Coffee maker of various sizes, toaster, electric oven, microwave oven. Washing machine in the bathroom.

Large and intimate front patio with extendable table (up to 8 people) and deck chairs. Back patio with possibility to hang out the laundry.

Two spacious bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. In each room, the bed has a double structure, with single mattresses pushed together. Possibility of adding beds/cradles for children.

Summary: Everything is Ok in the house but the way that goes to the beach is not very good (lots of cars) so you have to walk 8-10min like this. When it's hot and sandy it's not very pleasant.
