Positive: Convenience.

Negative: Over a four night stay we were awakened by the fire alarm at least once a night. When questioned the staff said nothing could be done about it until Monday. And in fact it was repaired on Monday morning. In addition to the general annoyance of the alarm sounding when there was no fire it made us wonder what would happen if there were really a fire. The whole situation was unacceptable despite a basically fine hotel.
