PLEASE NOTE: This is a brand-new development and there is still some construction in the surrounding area. At the moment, the house next door is under construction.
The house has a lower suite which is also a rental.

-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
