- Private entrance at the side of house away from our front door
- Parking space for one vehicle on the driveway near your entrance
- You have your own private patio area right in front of the beach
- Cats ok, or small dog
- No smoking on the property
- High-speed 1000 MB internet, premium cable package, and ADP monitored security included

We are a family of four (with two young girls) living above you. Although this legal suite is completely private and constructed according to building codes for soundproofing, it would be most suitable to small families who don't mind occasionally hearing slight muffled sounds of another family living above you. If you desire silence or hearing no sounds whatsoever, it is not as suitable.
