- You have your own private patio area right in front of the beach

We are a family of four (with two young girls) living above you. Although this legal suite is completely private and constructed according to building codes for soundproofing, it would be most suitable to small families who don't mind occasionally hearing slight muffled sounds of another family living above you. If you desire silence or hearing no sounds whatsoever, it is not as suitable.
