Positive: Well eqipped kitchen Private garden Self check-in Parking just outside the garden fence Accomodation looks nice Quiet area

Negative: Fire station across the field - fire siren started during the night and we didn't know what was going on. Luckily the owner picked up the phone and explained. Dog feces all over the garden - owner did apologise, but blamed cleaning service and did nothing about it. We had to cleanup ourselves to be able to use the garden. Sauna was not working - again owner communicated like we are just not turning it on properly, no effort to fix the situation. Available towels only medium and small, no big ones. They were mostly stinky and not enough of them - no towels for downstairs bathroom. No sauna robes/sheets available - in the end not a big problem since sauna did not work. Poor cleaning quality - dirty sink, bathroom and kiitchen drawers. Spiderwebs in some of the corners. Stuck kitchen cabinet that we had to fix ourselves to be able to open it and get to pots and pans. Non standard request for early check out because they need to clean the place for the next people - the default check in should account for that.

Summary: Nice new building with poor quality of services. Low owner focus on client satisfaction.
