Ideally located, 500m from the beach of Lozari, our apartment, 47m2, air conditioned, facing south and not overlooked, is located on the ground floor and has a terrace with pergola and a small garden. It offers a nice view of the mountain.

a living room with kitchenette fully equipped: oven, electric hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and living area with a sofa / bed 140 (new) and TV.
One bedroom with two beds 80, bedside and closet.
A bathroom with wc.

Summary: Very nice and clean maisonette apartment with terrace but without view, very well furnished. Nice apartment village with very nice common swimming pool. Beautiful Losari beach is close. Everything excellent except of mosquitoes, but splashing of all the terrace by repellent helped. WIFI is very weak, almost unusable. Shopping center is close, it is advantage. There is lot of trafic to the shopping center, but this particular apartment is quiet and not close to that trafic.
