Positive: I read several reviews where guests complained about an unpleasant smell in the apartment or old furniture. In apartment no. 38, on the 6th floor, there was absolutely no such issue. The place was spotlessly clean, smelled fresh, and the furniture did not have any odor whatsoever. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking — I didn’t miss anything. The beds were comfortable. There were two wonderful balconies: one with a stunning sea view and a pergola that could be closed on three sides if the sun became too strong. The south-facing balcony was also very spacious. The north-facing one was smaller, mainly suitable for drying clothes. At night, the area was perfectly quiet. Additionally, pets are allowed in the apartment for only 20 EUR for the entire stay, which is great. I was extremely satisfied overall.

Negative: The only minor issue, which others also mentioned, is the small bathroom with a compact shower cabin. It wasn’t a problem for me personally, but I can understand that taller or larger guests might find it a bit tight. Also, there are no hygiene or cleaning supplies, towels, or bed linen in the apartment — but this is clearly mentioned both on Booking and in the host’s message. So as long as you’re aware of it and come prepared, it’s not an issue at all. There’s no Wi-Fi in the apartment either, but again, this is stated in advance, so I was perfectly fine with it.
