Positive: We were given the apartment next door to the one we booked. It had a balcony. The apartment looks like it has recently been upgraded and it is almost finished.

Negative: It needs a kettle, and a coffee machine would be good. It is in a residential block and the family above get up early and like to hoover at 7am. There would appear to be no sound proofing in the ceiling.

Summary: Near the ice cream shop.
