Bring the whole family together in this spacious home with lots of room for family, fun and memories. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, sunroom, bonus room, gas fireplace, and ample sleeping for 10 guests. This home is located in the amenity filled ski community of Ski Big Bear/Masthope. Primary suite features a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Outdoor area features large deck with grill and Sunsetter awnings for shade. Plenty of games for the kids. The community offers tennis courts, two large pools with slides, horse back riding (requires advance reservations), mini golf, etc.
Please note that while reservations made less than 7 days in advance can be accepted, there will be an additional short notice booking fee of $25. Also, this community requires information from each guest for advance registration. Once booked, you will be asked to provide the information. There will be a charge of $8 per person payable at the community office upon check-in. Please note that the amenities are not available to guests for the July 4th holiday, and have limited availability until mid June. Although a propane tank is provided, guests will be responsible for refills.
Pets are not permitted. Prior authorization must be obtained for service animals. There will be a $200 fee charged for unauthorized pets.
