This cottage is part of a duplex and is separated by a utility room where a washer and dryer is located (and can be used by guests of both cottages).

**The space**
The cottage has an open-concept kitchen/dining/living area with ocean-views. The kitchen has a full sized fridge with ice machine, full size range oven, and microwave. The kitchen also has cooking essentials: from pots and pans to cutlery and plates. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, luggage rack, bedside lamp and alarm clock.
We strive to keep this cottage scent-free and to minimize the use of harsh chemical products. Therefore, smoking is prohibited. We discourage using strong perfumes/cologne, etc.
