Charming, clean, and comfortable, a chalet in the woods, located just across the street from Perry Lake. Light and bright with just the right touch of cabin charm. Its three bedrooms sleep up to ten, with one queen-bed bedroom and two that include a queen and bunks.
Fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, and freezer is open to the living room for easy mobility and conversation.
Fresh-air decks and a clean, rustic screened room that provides access to backyard and barbecue.
Clean, potable water: newly installed ultraviolet water purification system.
Powder room downstairs, full bath up.
We provide equipment needed for cooking/baking; selected spices, salt and pepper; kitchen towels; dish soap and cleaning supplies; paper towels (1 roll) and toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom); hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap; propane for the BBQ.
We provide comforters and pillows. Guest must provide sheets and bath linens, or we can order this for $25/person (Flat/fitted/pillow case/bath towel) through our supplier.
We try to provide 1 bag of firewood and have extra available for purchase but sometimes supply as well as accessibility to the wood shed in the winter makes this difficult to guarantee

Steps at front, to two upper bedrooms, off back exit, and to hot tub.
Our hot tub can sometimes look a little green due to the Iron in the well water. It is fully cleaned between guests, but the iron can change the water from clear to green as it reacts to the other chemicals used. This can be a tad off putting but rest assure the hot tub is cleaned and balanced between guests. If this happens, let us know and we can direct you to a chemical in storage that we use that temporarily helps keep it clear.
This cottage does NOT have central AC. We have a window unit in the living room and a window unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms that keeps those specific areas a bit cooler.
To complete your booking we will need a signed rental agreement, $1000 refundable deposit and 2 pieces of I’d that match the credit card and reservation name
Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25.
We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is a extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside.
No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
We have a zero tolerance for smoking of any kind in our cottage. If caught, there will be a fine of $500
For weekday bookings of groups of 4 people or less, complimentary linen service included upon request.
