Positive: 1. Communication with the host and her responsiveness. 2. Laura and Antonio cared 100% that we were comfortable, had everything we not only needed, but also wanted. 3. The property is not generic: it has owner's touch; that tells me Laura is proud and caring host and taking the role of being a host seriously. Thank you Laura, you went out of your way so we were comfortable and could create memmories.
