The Baskatong Sunset cottage is located on the banks of the navigable lake Baskatong, which is a real inland sea of 400 km² very well preserved. There is a breathtaking view of the water wherever you are on the site, inside the cottage or on the glazed terrace and at the end of the day we are at the prime spot to admire the sunset.
The cottage can host up to 6 PEOPLE.

The large kitchen can be closed by French doors, the dining room is located on the lake side, to admire the view, while eating in a group. The living room is a very nice room with a cathedral ceiling, the lake side wall fully fenestrated, comfortable couches and fireplace. Besides the beautiful water view, there is a TV with DVD and sound system.
Outside, the private beach is directly in front of the house as well as the boat ramp. There is also a sauna and a bonfire with relaxing chairs. 2 kayaks and a paddle board are available. Within walking distance or a few minutes by cars, discover 2000 kilometers of hiking trails, snowshoeing, biking, snowmobile cross-country skiing and mountain biking with views of the wonders of nature. The Windigo water falls are 5 minutes away. Baskatong and Devil’s Mountain, the second summit of the Laurentians, offer a multitude of exciting activities in immense spaces whose charm and beauty vary with the seasons.
The sandy beaches and fishing make the Baskatong Reservoir famous. By sailing with a motorboat or our kayaks it is possible to come alongside several sandy banks for a picnic, swim or to enjoy the sun. The reservoir is a popular location for fishing. Several restaurants and a floating bar are also accessible by boat.
