SPECTACULAR BEACH FRONT HOME located in the community of Cape Shores, Lewes, DE. This house boasts 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2-car garage and over 5,000 SF of space. Inverted floor plan with primary bedroom plus 3 spacious bedrooms on 1st floor. Primary bedroom has its' own private deck with water views and hot tub. Each bedroom on 1st floor has its own bathroom. The 2nd floor has an open floor plan taking advantage of ALL the WATER VIEWS. The gourmet kitchen has plenty of countertop space, island with sink, top of the line appliances and breakfast table. Directly off the kitchen is a wonderful 3 seasons room. Absolutely the BEST feature of the house is the large deck overlooking the beach and bay. The backside of the house you'll find a large family room perfect for watching movies or cozying up to the fireplace. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this floor, one with 2 singles and day bed and the other with 2 singles. Additional features include elevator from garage to top floor (no need to lug groceries upstairs), wet bar off living room, heated bathroom floors and state of the art lighting system.

Availability is limited to first come first serve. Weekly rate is $250
LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54x27, 1 Hand Towel 30x16 and 1 Washcloth 12x12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property's bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.

Summary: House is perfect for multiple families with kids (we had 6 kids ages baby to 4). Every bedroom has its own bathroom/shower. There is a large "bonus room" off a bedroom up stairs that was perfect to use as a play room. Kept kids toys/stuff out of the main living space. Out door area is awesome and we got a ton of use out of the screened in porch. Proximity to the water is great with a beach that felt totally private and not crowded at all. Easy bike ride into town. Also easy walk or bike ride to the ferry port which has a great restaurant, outdoor bar and playground. 10/10 recommend the house and can not wait to return next year.
