SPI City Tax is no longer charged with the reservation payment due to the change made by Texas State effective April 1, 2019. This first floor, one bedroom condo sleeps 1-4 or 5 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper couch in the living room. The bath has handicap bars in the shower and has been recently remodeled and updated. The condo is equipped with blender, crock pot, chopper, coffee pot, microwave, WiFi, 2 TV’s, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. I also provide a wagon to carry your things to the beach, an ice chest, umbrella, two lawn chairs and sand toys for the children at no extra charge. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, beach towels and food to have a wonderful time in the beautiful waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!

Summary: As promoted. Exceptionally clean, nice and quaint, walking distance to the beach. Only downside is the lack of respect by pet owners to p/u after their dogs. The courtyard was littered with dog dung, literally. We have 2 dogs and I’m not against pets but please respect others and p/u your mess!
