Positive: The location was great! It was easy to walk to all the sights and many restaurant options. The A/C worked really well and we were very grateful for this as there was a heatwave on during our visit. The wifi worked well.

Negative: The apartment is in really poor condition, holes in the wall, handles falling off cabinets and the main bedroom shower floor was stained with dirt and grim. In addition, the refrigerator and freezer were frozen over, with the freezer drawers filled with frozen goo. Both the kettle and oven were dirty to the point we would not use them. All the hand soaps were empty as was the paper towel holder. When I contacted the owner and sent photos, the response was to drop off a roll of paper towels. Renters should be aware that the front door of the building is difficult and at times impossible to lock. The apartment front door handle and lock are very flimsy and I would not feel comfortable if I was on my own.
