This four-story Mediterranean exterior design home has everything you could ask for to enjoy the amazing sunrises from three patios to the East and enjoy the awesome sunsets on three patios to the West. Located in the center of Little Hickory Island! The pool/hot tub is under the second floor of the home, sun exposure to the west only. We have added power screens around the entire pool area which keeps out no-seums and yet gives warm comfort on the cool days/evenings. The pool temperature is set at 90 degrees to enjoy at any temperature out doors.
Private elevator accessible to all four floors, (or take the 66 stairs to the top floor, no gym needed). Premier location directly on your very own private white sand on Bonita Beach, Florida!!
