This custom built cottage is perfect for the large family. It features an open concept design perfect for family fun inside and out. It is situated on 5 acres of privacy on the exceptionally clean Hollow River.
Lots of wildlife visit the river year round. Lake of Bays is a 10 min boat ride down the river. We will even include the boat.
Hollow River has great fishing opportunities with bass, pike and perch.
Explore the quiet , peaceful and untouched environment the river offers with an early morning kayak. Rental includes paddle boats and three kayaks and a canoe.
Beautiful clean sandy swimming area with both shallow and deep swimming to suit all ages.
Large firepit for that evening gathering by the river.
Cottage features 2000 sq ft of open concept living space with a loft.
Custom kitchen includes large island with granite and two double sinks.
Dining room has long table to fit the entire family.
Master bedroom has 4 piece ensuite with King Bed on main level.
Loft has two bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom.
One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has two double bunkbeds.
There is a two piece bathroom on main level as well as a washer and dryer.
Cottage also features a large screened in porch to escape the rain or bugs if necessary.
Cottage has great cell phone reception , 47' smart Tv with Bell Expressview, Netflix and WIFI
Beautiful Woodstove for those off season get aways.
The town of Dorset is only 5 mins away . It has Robinson's General Store featuring a hardware store, a grocery store and a gift shop. There is also an LCBO, ice cream parlour, and a restaurant in town.
