Lookout Flats is a gorgeous walk up 2 story condo with enormous windows and 10-foot ceilings... It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom area space that can comfortably sleep 6 people. We also allow pets… Dogs… There is a $200/per dog /pet fee required at booking. Must confirm with the owner before booking. Please note that we do not provide regular TV service.
Free Wifi and Roku are provided with access to Netflix and other online streaming services available.
2 secure parking spaces are also provided with access behind the building.
Upon entering the condo you will have your own front door and stairs that will lead you to the second level where you will walk into a beautiful living room on your left and a phenomenal kitchen to your right. The living room has warm white walls with splashes of yellow and gray. There is gorgeous original art displayed over the sofa and throughout the condo. In the living room, there is a 50 inch TV.
The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Washer and Dryer are off of the kitchen as well. All detergents are provided.
Down the hall, there are exposed brick walls with original artwork. The first bedroom is the Master and it is a TRUE master bedroom. King pillow top Posturepedic with great linens. Also in the master bedroom, you will have your own television...not to mention, an enormous master bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves..separate shower and soaking tub and double vanity. Also, an extremely large walk-in closet.
The next room down the hall is a full bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom on the main level is next to this bathroom. It has a queen bed and its own closet. Very private.
The third-floor loft is a huge space. It is not open to the main living area. It has a plush Queen Posturepedic bed that is extremely comfortable. There is also a wet bar area that has great counter space and mirrors... This floor leads out onto a rooftop deck that provides views downtown.
Lastly, we provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am... Early check-in and late check out are possible but an additional fee will be charged. We do not have anywhere to safely store your luggage.
No parties will be tolerated and no bachelor and bachelorette parties permitted unless prior approval is given by owner.
We also have an age requirement of 29 years old for the person holding the reservation.
