A quiet small lake in the hub of Muskoka Lakes, this waterfront paradise is perfect for paddle boarding, swimming and rejuvenating yourself! The swimming is amazing with a sand beach and shallow entry leading to deeper water. The deck is an entertainer's dream with plenty of seating and a year round hot tub!! The cottage is stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fabulous view, fireplace for cooler nights, and three generous size bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The property has 300 feet of frontage and 4 acres of land which is a rarity in Muskoka! The cottage road leading to the property is amazing for walking your dog along, or just going for an evening stroll.
