Sunset Vista is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with beautiful panoramic views of the Sou'West River. Nestled into the Clinton Hills, our cottage offers guests a perfect location to call home while exploring the Island. Many terrific beaches, golf courses, restaurants and other attractions await and are just a short drive away.
Inside, you will find an open concept living area with vaulted ceilings which is a perfect layout for entertaining and keeping everyone in on the conversation! The entire front of the cottage offers beautiful river views and sliding patio doors off of the dining room, living room and master bedroom allow for direct access to the large wrap around deck. The living area is comfortably furnished and offers heat and air conditioning for you to find your perfect temperature. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and streaming services including Netflix and Disney+.
All three bedrooms are situated on the west side of the cottage. The Master bedroom features a queen size bed and view of the river and sunsets through the glass patio door. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are just a few steps away and feature Queen and Double beds, respectively, and have a full bathroom in between. The second bathroom is found just inside the main entrance and includes a stand up shower and laundry facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay an enjoyable one! It even has a wine fridge to boot which is just waiting to be filled upon your arrival. The cottage also has a good selection of board & card games for those later summer evenings or rainy days.
