The house is located on a quiet residential street one block from the Halifax Commons (skate for free and enjoy beaver tails and hot chocolate at the oval during the winter months or biking/roller skating in the summer) in the heart of historic Halifax and is walking distance to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, and universities.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new Simmons Beauty Rest pillow top mattress. The second bedroom holds a double bed with brand new mattress. The den (can be used as a third bedroom or office) has a desk and comfortable sofa bed that folds into a double mattress. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lovely deck located off the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. High speed internet, cable, 55 inch flat screen television, laundry, telephone are all included. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, quality cookware, dishes (please let us know if we are missing anything and we can provide it!
