Walking into this beautiful house you will immediately feel like you are at the beach, and you are! Just down the street from the renowned Matunuck Oyster Bar and less than a mile to the beautiful East Matunuck Beach, you will find this light and airy rental for the whole family!

Upstairs is the cooks kitchen that opens up to the dining room and family room. The dining room table extends to fit 10+ people for those big family meals. You will find a large comfy couch in the living room that opens up to fit an extra overnight guest. You will also find 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as 2 full baths. Downstairs is the 'kids wing'. There are 2 sets of bunk beds as well as a couch that opens up. The large screened in porch has plenty of comfy furniture as well as an electric fireplace and tv for those beautiful nights when you want to hang at home.

In the backyard there is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and tiki torches, a patio with outdoor dining furniture and seating furniture with cafe lights to create a beautiful ambiance under the stars. The shed was turned into a 'beach bar' and there is a large flat lawn perfect for a wiffle ball game, slip and slide or any other fun activities you can think of. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off when you get back from a day at the beach. We just finished the rest of the downstairs and added a full bath to make it a mud/laundry/bathroom. Summary: Updated, well maintained home with numerous thoughtful amenities. Central location for everything to do in Rhode Island! Block Island day trip? Ferry 10min away., Newport for a day. ? 30 minutes away. East Matunuck beach 3 minutes away! Parking lot full there? At least 6 other beaches within 10 minutes! Best restaraunt in RI (Matunuck Oyster Bar) 3 minutes away. Host (Alison) VERY responsive. An absolutely perfect place for a Rhode Island vacation!
