Situated in Hautes Rives, a community of Biscarrosse known for its idyllic and calm setting, less than an hour from Bordeaux airport, this villa of 185m² with an enclosed garden of 1,310m² offers you ample space to welcome guests.
On the first level, there are two bedrooms with double beds, an independent WC and a bathroom. On the second level, by descending down a set of stairs, there is a large parental suite with adjoining bathroom and another bedroom with 4 single bunk beds.
The house also offers a large sofa bed in the lounge and another sofa bed in the playroom providing a total of 12 sleeping spaces. In total there are two bathrooms (two showers and one bath) and 3 WCs. Outside, enjoy an uninterrupted view of Lake Biscarrosse Maguide from the terrace whilst lounging in the outdoor lounge, by the plancha or even better whilst unwinding in the heated infinity pool open from April 15 to October15.
Bedding is provided and Wifi is available. Towels however are not provided but are a payable option on demand.
