We are thrilled to share our beautiful home with you! Every detail of our home has been painstakingly designed by our architect.
7 acres nestled in an enchanted forest. 3 bdrm, 3 bth, large living room, and library with home office. Large south-facing windows along entire length of the home with stunning mountain vistas.
Hiking and snowshoeing trails right outside the front door. Game trail running through the property, with lots of wildlife.
Short drive to Nelson town center.
1 Master Bedroom with King size bed. Ensuite bathroom.
1 Bedroom with 1 Double bed.
1 Bedroom with king size bed and one very comfortable RH Cloud Couch.
1 glass library with home office.
1 meditation room.
1 chef's Kitchen with Miele/Fisher & Paykel appliances.
Guest have access to the entire home. Large deck, hammocks hung in the trees, and stunning hiking trails (on and adjacent to the property). Guests will also have access to the ultra-low EMF infrared sauna and meditation room.
Our house is located on a 6.9 acre forested property. We have game trails and hiking trails which are easily accessible from the house.
Note that there is another small rental cabin located on the property, it contains it's own driveway entrance and is located further back and up on the property. Both, the House and Cabin, are designed with privacy in mind. When inside, Cabin and House renters cannot see each other, allowing privacy for both.
The house has been wired to have very low EMF emissions. We have hardwired ethernet lines in both the kitchen (under the island), the 3rd bedroom (off the laundry room), and the private glass office.
To further minimize the EMF while sleeping we have "kill switches" for the power in both the Master Bedroom (next to the bed, and labelled) and the 2nd bedroom (inside the closet, and labelled).
We have a 220 volt and 120 volt outlets in the carport for EV charging.
Please note that we charge $10 a night, per guest after 4. This goes towards the extra cleaning costs and utility usage.
We would kindly ask that you treat our home with respect:
- NO parties allowed
- NO smoking of any kind (NO tobacco, vape or cannabis products)
- NO pets allowed
- NO shoes in the house
- NO bleach can be used in the washer and placed down the sink; we are on a very sensitive septic system
- ONLY toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet; no sanitary napkins, or any other matter; we are on a sensitive septic system

- Please be conscious of the amount of water and power you use. Hot water is limited.
Garbage/Recycling/Compost:
- garbage can be placed in the garbage bin in the drawer under the bar sink
- compost can be placed in the compost bin in the drawer under the bar sink
- recycling can be placed in the recycling bins under the kitchen sink; if these bins fill up, overflow recycling can be placed in the large black bin under the sink in the laundry room
AirConditioner/Fan/Air Purifier
- there is portable airconditioner with a remote which can rolled out of the closet in the laundry room and attached to any window
- there is a brass portable fan also located in the same closet
- there is a white HEPA air purifier which is located in the same closet
Snowshoes
- we have 2 sets of snowshoes outside the front door which you are free to use
