Positive: The location is fantastic and there is plenty of parking space. It is very kid-friendly with lots of entertainment options for children. The staff were professional and helpful, especially when they quickly handled a noise issue for us. While the rooms are quite old, they were comfortable enough, and the food selection was diverse with plenty of options.

Negative: The booking process doesn't distinguish between the Zirm and Cristal wings. We were in Hotel Cristal, which is an unrenovated and outdated part of the complex. This part of the hotel definitely does not meet 4-star standards. It felt more like a youth hostel, as it was filled with organized groups and school trips. Combined with the poor insulation, the atmosphere wasn't what we expected, though I could live with it again. Had we known Zirm was the better choice, we would have gladly paid more for an upgrade, but the difference wasn't made clear on Booking.com.

Summary: Great staff and location, but be aware of the difference between hotel wings.
