4 Bedroom Cottage in Frontenac, Godfrey

This house is perfect for two families who want to be together but also have some privacy. Each floor is a separate 2 bedroom unit which can be locked or left unlocked so that you have one house. It is designed so that the upstairs has a large living room to hang out in but a smaller kitchen and the downstairs has a large kitchen and dining room so you can all eat together when you would like. Each unit has an incredible view and a large deck. The house is feet from the lake, is very modern, and has a washer/dryer. Each unit has a modern kitchen with dishwasher. We occasionally rent just one of the units by themselves.
Three bedroom has a king bed that can be separated into two extra long twins. One has a queen, with a pull out day bed. One bedroom upstairs also has bunk beds. This property is winterized and is always booked for New Years Eve

Summary: We had a great 3 days away. We loved having the upper and lower units for people to be able to spread out. Outdoor fire, country walks, games night. It was great. The kitchen is very well equipped and we love gas stoves. Thank you for everything
