Positive: The location was excellent – very close to the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and the Aquarium. Shops and a Starbucks are right downstairs, which was very convenient. The apartment had a kitchen, which was a big plus.

Negative: Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. On the day of arrival, we were informed that the room we had booked was not available due to a “technical issue.” Instead, we received a smaller room with one less bed, and one of us had to sleep on the sofa – yet we were charged the same price. While the location was excellent, the apartment itself had several problems: • The shower was broken, with weak water pressure and water coming out from two directions. • The armchair was damaged and uncomfortable. I contacted customer service and was told to write an email, which I did, but I never received any response. Overall, this was very disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected.
