Our home is conveniently located near Cedarvale Park, great for running, walking or cycling, and it's a 4 minute drive to trendy St. Clair West and upscale Eglinton Avenue West, offering a wide range of excellent restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, health food stores and shopping.

Our home is close to Eglinton West and St. Clair West subway stations and transit connection is excellent. When we're not away, I live in the house with my husband and 2 young children, and we have asthma and allergies, so we need to keep the house smoke/vape/pet/fragrance free, as the house has a shared ventilation system. Please be sure to read the house rules carefully and make sure you are comfortable with them.
